		<description>It is interesting you make this comment because there was exactly this question from some audiences during the talk. The answer from Mr. Bhatia was that the current government has just started its term and the project is already underway. So even if there is not much support from the next government hopefully this project will be quite a long way towards its execution. I guess we will wait and see how it goes.</description>
